If you have a guitar or bass that needs some work, or you got a notification that your instrument is ready, you can book an appointment here.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Repair and setup services are limited to guitars and basses (acoustic and electric). Finishing/refinishing is solely for electric guitars and basses. Please don’t book an appointment to repair your ukelele, banjo, sitar, oud, dulcimer, bouzouki or lyre!
Bookings are available from 10am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
HOW TO REQUEST A BOOKING
- Select a Service – either Drop off Instrument or Collect Instrument and click Continue.
- Select a Date
- Select a time. Available times are shown in blue. A time slot of, for example, 10am-10:30am means the appointment is at 10am.
- Enter your contact details so I can get in touch if there are problems with the booking. I’ll also use this information for billing.
- Click Finish and you’ll be taken to a page with a form for more information. Please fill that out so that I know what to expect.
- When your booking is confirmed, you’ll get an email with directions and other information.
